Zero stars. Appalling service. Almost 2 weeks with no hot water and still no sign of any progress. They do not hold parts and have no system for overnight delivery. This is Metropolitan France. Frankly we doubt they bothered ordering the parts until we followed up. Serviceman arrogant and rude. Turned off the system with no explanation or discussion. Says system was incorrectly installed. They installed it! Have done semi regular maintenance on it (there’s a contract but they don’t bother to honour it). Avoid if at all possible. Unprofessional company. Just see the other reviews and also their responses.

Horrible service! They don't have key spare parts in stock. So it takes forever for it to arrive. Then when I finally had an appointment they DIDN'T SHOW UP!! I WAS LEFT OVER A WEEK WITHOUT HOT WATER AND HEATING.

I had a good experience with this company. Yesterday I woke up to a broken boiler - no heat and no hot water. I called in the morning and the person who took my call was very patient with my poor French and registered me as a client. The repairman was at my house an hour later, and everything in working order by noon.
